VIP lounge at Design Miami/Basel – Basel, Swiss.

For the VIP Collectors Lounge project at DESIGN MIAMI/BASEL 2018 by ETEL, we wanted to propose a light, elegant and strong element that would fit into the fair in a harmonious and respectful way, both for the existing building and the visitors.

The idea is based on creating a temporary domestic setting composed of a series of refined scenes containing some special furniture from the ETEL collection.

The spaces of the exclusive lounge are enclosed by modular steel scaffolding deployed in a linear and impressive but minimal design, draped with vertical panels to create a harmonious separation from the existing architecture.
