Proposals for a “Room by the Sea”, with Lopes Brenna Architects and Mono Atelier.

In occasion of the event “DESIGN ZONE 2018”, the little village of Portopiccolo, Trieste, becomes the scene of an experiment in wich architecture is the symbolic experience through questions that concern us every day. During the event the project of three emerging Italian architectural firms challenged each other in the design of a “room by the sea”, built on an imaginary floating platform of 10×10 meters.

The theme, provocative and fantastic, was a way to explore the collective unconscious of sociality and territorial apprehension for experiencing the landscape.
